Xavi gave us one of those experiences you remember forever. I had planned a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, and Xavi made it absolutely perfect. He helped me pull everything off: from organizing a private tour of two stunning wineries to adding a sweet personal touch with a candle on a wine bottle for him to blow out. You can tell he is really well trained as a sommelier - it makes the whole tour so much more engaging. He explained every detail in a way that felt effortless and natural, answered all our questions, and really brought the region and the wines to life.
